Removing an Animation
To remove an animation, click on the animation number on the slide, which will highlight the

number box. Then, press the Delete key.
Alternatively, you can remove an animation effect from the Animation
Pane by selecting the effect and pressing the Delete key. The animation
will be removed.

APPLYING TRANSITIONS

Transitions are effects that control how one slide changes to the next during a presentation.
PowerPoint provides several transition effects.
To add a transition to a slide, follow the given steps:

2 Click on the Transitions tab.

3 Choose the desired
transition effect.

1 Select a slide to which
you want to apply the
transition effect.

You can also click on the More button to explore additional options and view the complete list of
transitions.

A slide can only have one transition. Applying a new transition will replace the existing one.
