DRAWING IN YOUR PRESENTATION
You can also draw shapes directly in your presentation, saving you the hassle of going to the Insert
tab. You can roughly draw the shape you want and PowerPoint will automatically transform it
into a perfect shape.
To draw shapes in your presentation, follow the given steps:
1 Click on the
Draw tab.
3 Click on the Ink
2 Select a drawing to Shape option in
tool, such as the Pen the Convert group.
or Pencil.
4 Draw the shape.
DELETING THE ANNOTATIONS
Ink annotations such as drawings or highlights can be easily removed using the Eraser tool, which
allows you to clear unwanted marks directly from the slide.
To delete ink annotations, follow the given steps:
1 Click on the Draw tab.
2 Select the Eraser tool.
3 Drag the Eraser tool over the
ink marks you wish to remove.
This process will erase the ink annotations, but note that it will not work for shapes. To remove
shapes, simply select the shape and press the Delete key.
SELECTING OBJECTS
You can select and move your drawn annotations by using the Lasso Select tool. This tool allows
you to draw a freeform selection around your annotations, making it easy to select, group and
move them together.
