AUTO FILL AND FLASH FILL

Auto Fill and Flash Fill are two powerful features that help you work faster and more efficiently.
These tools automatically complete data for you, saving you time and ensuring consistency.

AUTO FILL

Auto Fill quickly fills cells with a series of data, like numbers or dates, by continuing a sequence
based on the first few entries. To use the Auto Fill feature, follow the given steps:

1 Enter the first two
values to start the series.
3 Hover the mouse over
2 Select both cells the bottom-right corner
with the values. of the second cell (pointer
changes to the + sign).

4 Drag the pointer over
the cells you want to fill.

The Auto Fill feature will automatically fill in the data based on the pattern, completing your series

or sequence with minimal effort.
