                        FORMATTING TEXT IN A WORKSHEET


                 Formatting text in a worksheet involves changing how the text appears to make it easier to read
                 and more visually appealing.
                 In Excel, you can apply a variety of formatting options, which are as follows:
                  Formatting Option                             Description                                 Icon

                 Font Styles            Choose  from font styles like  Arial, Times  New  Roman or
                                        Calibri to modify text appearance.

                 Font Size              Adjust font size for headings or details; the default size is 11.

                 Bold (B)               Makes text darker and thicker to highlight important data.


                 Italic (I )            Slants text to the right for emphasis or differentiation.

                 Underline (U)          Adds a line beneath text to highlight key data.


                 Font Color             Changes the text colour to emphasise or match the theme.



                 Text Alignment         Controls text position within a cell with horizontal alignment
                                        (Left, Center,  Right)  and vertical  alignment  (Top, Middle,
                                        Bottom).
