CONDITIONAL FORMATTING


                  Conditional  Formatting  allows you  to  apply  formatting  (such  as  colours  or  styles)  to  cells
                  automatically based on their values. This makes it easier to highlight important data and trends
                  for quick analysis.
                  To apply Conditional Formatting, follow the given steps:


                             2    Click on the Conditional Formatting option.






                                                                              3    Hover your mouse pointer over Highlight
                                                                              Cells Rules and select Less Than.








                            1    Select the range of cells you want to format.





                                                                        4    Enter the value and
                                                                       select the formatting style.



                                  5    Click OK to apply the formatting.








                  The cells with values less than the specified number will be highlighted with the selected format.
