Social networks link people for sharing information and staying connected.
Transportation networks connect locations through roads, railways and air routes to move
people and goods.
Overall, networks the backbone of connectivity. They improve efficiency, support collaboration
and enhance interaction across technology, society, transport, and ecosystems.
COMPUTER NETWORKS
A computer network is a group of computers
and other devices (such as printers, smartphones
and tablets) connected to share resources and
information. Networks allow devices to communicate
with each other, share files and access the internet.
Computer networks make everyday tasks easier and
improve the speed and efficiency of communication.
The first computer network was developed in
the 1960s.
