ACCESSING GOOGLE DRIVE
To use Google Drive, perform the given steps:

1 Login to your Gmail account and
2 Click on the Drive icon. click on the Google apps icon.

The home page of Google Drive appears on the screen.

The navigation pane offers the following options:
New: It allows you to view, organise and upload folders or Google Drive has more than
files from your mobile device or computer to Google Drive. 2 billion users.

Home: It takes you to Google Drive’s home page.

My Drive: It helps you view and organise files that are stored on your Google Drive.
Computers: It displays files and folders synced from your computer.
Shared with me: It enables you to view and manage files and folders, shared with you by others.

Recent: It shows you the latest activity in Google Drive.
Starred: It displays all your favourite or important files.

Spam: It contains suspicious files and folders. These files are automatically deleted permanently
after 30 days.
Bin: It lets you view deleted items. Deleted files stay in the Bin folder for 30 days before they

are permanently deleted from Google Drive.
Storage: It shows how much space is being used by files and folders in Google Drive. You can
also see how much space a particular file occupies in the drive.

UPLOADING FILE ON GOOGLE DRIVE

The steps for uploading files on Google Drive are as follows:
