GOOGLE LENS
Google Lens is an AI-powered image recognition tool
developed by Google that identifies objects, text and
scenes captured by a phone or tablet camera. It can
recognise plants, animals, translate text and find
products online by analysing images. Key features
include object and text recognition, QR code and
barcode scanning, landmark identification with
historical details and real-time search based on live
camera input.
GOOGLE CALENDAR
Google Calendar is an application that helps
users schedule and set reminders for events and
appointments. It allows time management by enabling
users to create, edit and share events. Key features
include creating events with reminders, scheduling
meetings with participants and sharing calendars
for collaboration.
GOOGLE MAPS
Google Maps is a web-based service created by
Google that gives comprehensive information about
the Earth’s surface and places of interest globally.
It enables users to view satellite pictures, aerial photos,
road maps, 360° virtual tours of streets (Street View),
live traffic updates and directions for walking, driving,
cycling and using public transport. Google Maps
allows users to leave reviews and ratings for places
they visit.
GOOGLE EARTH
Google Earth is a web-based service created by
Google that renders a 3D representation of Earth,
providing both satellite and street views of places
and areas based on satellite photos. It allows users to
explore various geographical locations, view satellite
images, maps, landforms and 3D buildings and
even dive into the ocean’s depths. Google Earth also
includes features for discovering the Moon and Mars,
as well as viewing the night sky.
