SHARING A VIDEO
Once the basic design work is done, the video is ready to be shared with others. Before sharing,
it is a good idea to first preview and finalise the video.
To share a video, perform the given steps:
1 Click on the Share
button. 3 Select the desired
option from the Can
view, Can comment and
Can edit options.
2 Click the drop-down
menu under the Access
level section to set the 4 Click on the Copy link
access permissions. button to finalise sharing.
Now, send the link to the person you want to share the video with.
The video can be shared with others using various options, such as a public view link, download,
Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive and more. Canva allows you to export videos in
different formats, including MP4, GIF or even PDFs with embedded video links.
