•  BlueJ provides a menu-driven window approach.
              •  Projects from non-BlueJ environments can be exported and imported.

              4.5.1 Using BlueJ
              The steps to use BlueJ are as follows:
              Step 1:   Double-click on the BlueJ icon (either from the desktop or from the Start menu). The BlueJ window opens.

              Step 2:  Click on the Project menu. A sub-menu opens.
              Step 3:  Select the New Project option from the sub-menu to create a new project. The New Project window opens.




























              Step 4:   Now, type the name for your project in the Name box. For example, "first_program". Then, either type or
                       choose the location for your project and click on the OK button. A window appears displaying the name of
                       the project.















              Step 5:   Now, click on the Edit menu to create or add a class. Here, we need to click on
                       New Class first. The Create New Class dialog box appears.
              Step 6:   Type the class name in the Class Name box.

              Step 7:  Select Class Type. Here, we have selected Class.
              Step 8:   Click on the OK button. An icon with the class name appears.
              Step 9:   Double-click on the icon to open the editor.
