The Internet is a big network that connects

computers and devices all around the world,
so people can share information, talk to each
other and learn new things.

History of Internet

In the 1960s and 1970s, the United States

government created the Advanced Research
Projects Agency Network (ARPANET). This helped computers share information

and grow into what became the Internet.
