It can have stories, games, videos or pictures.
You click on a website to explore and learn new
things.
Web page
A web page is one page inside a website. It is like
one page in a big book. Each web page can have
pictures, words or videos.
World Wide Web
The World Wide Web (WWW) is the part of the Internet where
you visit websites. Website addresses begin with WWW.
URL
A Uniform Resource Locator (URL) is the address
of a website. It tells the computer exactly where to
go on the Internet. A URL is like a home address but for a web page.
Web Browser
A web browser is a special application.
It can be used to open websites. It is
like a window that lets you see the Internet.
Search Engine
A search engine helps you find things
on the Internet. You type words into it
to look for pictures, videos or answers.
It helps us discover information quickly.
