Rule 2: Limit Online Time
The Internet is fun, but spending too much time on a screen is not good
for you. It is important to take breaks and do other fun things to stay healthy
and feel happy. To feel so, you should:
Do outdoor activities: Play outside with
your friends it will make you happy and
active.
Do reading and drawing: Books are our best
friends. Reading books or drawing pictures
is a great way to have fun and let your
imagination grow.
Be a helpful child: Lend a hand to your mom
or dad with little tasks and you will make them
feel happy and proud of you.

important. Stepping away from screens helps you explore
other interests, stay active and refresh your mind.”
