Vedant’s friend saw the mean comment: “Your drawing looks bad”. Write a kind, supportive reply
that the friend could post underneath the mean comment.
Dealing with Cyberbullying
It is important to keep in mind that dealing with any type of
cyberbullying is about finding a solution that works for you.
Some solutions you can take:
Don’t respond: Avoid replying to mean or hurtful
messages, as the bully often wants a reaction and
responding can make things worse.
Log off: Take a break from your computer, phone or device to
calm down and clear your mind.
Block the person: Stop them from contacting you by
blocking their number, unfriending them and adjusting your
privacy settings.
Save evidence: Take screenshots or print out messages,
posts and other evidence to show parents or teachers.
