                 Too much screen time can stop us from enjoying the world around us. Spending too

                 long on phones, tablets or computers can make our eyes tired, our bodies sore and
                 even stop us from sleeping well. In this chapter, you will learn why it is important to
                 take breaks, play outside and spend time with family and friends.

                 UNDERSTANDING SCREEN TIME


                 Screen time is the amount of time you spend using devices. This includes things like
                 TVs, tablets, mobile phones and computers. Not all screen time is bad.
