                  THE HEALTH DANGER

                  A health danger is anything that can harm your body or make you feel unwell if you
                  are not careful. It can be a habit, an activity or something around you that affects
                  your health in a bad way. Sometimes, certain habits can harm our health without

                  us even noticing.
                  When we use screens for a long time, our body can start to feel tired and sore. Some

                  ways our body is affected are as follows:

                      Eye strain: When we look  at  screens for a long
                       time,  our eyes  get  tired. They may  feel itchy,  dry
                       or sore.  Sometimes,  we may  even  find  it  hard to
                       focus properly.



                                               Headaches: Staring at screens for too long or sitting in the
                                               same position can cause headaches. Your head may hurt

                                               and it can make it harder to concentrate or feel happy.





                      Stiff body: Sitting for hours without moving can make our
                       muscles and joints stiff. Our back, neck and shoulders may

                       feel tight or sore. Stretching and moving helps to feel better.






                                            Weight  gain: Spending  a lot of time  sitting  and not being

                                            active  can make  us gain  extra  weight. Eating  too  many
                                            unhealthy snacks can make this worse.
