Effects of No Sleep or Less Sleep
When you do not get enough sleep, your body and
brain cannot work properly. Some effects of not
getting enough sleep are as follows:
You may feel very tired during the day.
Your brain may forget things you just learned.
You can feel moody or upset easily.
You may get sick more often because your body
is weak.
“Take screen breaks and protect
your sleep: use the 20-20-20 rule
for your eyes! Every 20 minutes, look Screens are cool, but
