                  technology  and  stay  healthy.  We  can  reduce  screen  time  and  bring  back  more

                  real-world fun by following activities including:



                      Read a book: Reading a book can take you on exciting

                       adventures. You can learn new things, imagine different
                       worlds and enjoy stories without needing a screen.




                                                        Draw or colour: Drawing or colouring is a fun way

                                                        to  be creative.  You can make  pictures,  design
                                                        patterns or colour in books. It also helps your hands
                                                        and eyes work together.
