Do a puzzle: Puzzles, like jigsaws or brain teasers,
                     are a great way to use your mind. They make you
                     think carefully, solve problems and feel proud when

                     you complete them.







                                                           Exercise: Exercise helps your body stay strong
                                                           and healthy. Moving your body also makes your

                                                           brain feel happier and sharper.








                     Gardening or nature walks: Spending time

                     outside in gardens or parks is relaxing. You
                     can plant flowers,  watch birds or explore
                     nature. Fresh air and sunlight are good for

                     your body and mind.







                                                           Help at home: Helping with chores like tidying
                                                           your room, setting the table or feeding pets is
                                                           useful. It teaches responsibility and makes your

                                                           home a happier place.








                     Relax and rest: Sometimes your body just
                     needs  to  rest.  You  can sit  quietly,  listen

                     to  soft music  or practise  deep  breathing.
                     Resting keeps your body healthy and your
                     mind calm.
