                                                                                       Skills #Collaboration

Every year, GreenView Public School holds a big Digital Creativity Exhibition for Class 5.
Students must create a short digital presentation about any topic they like. Aarav, Meera,
Rishi and Tara formed a team and chose the theme “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat.”
They decided to divide their work as follows:

                       Aarav would collect pictures

                       Meera would edit the slides
Rishi would add the background music

Tara would design the final video.
The team was very excited, but they had no idea how many cyber mistakes they would
                  make along the way.

Aarav wanted beautiful photos of tigers and peacocks. He searched for “free wildlife
photos” and clicked the very first website he saw. The page looked strange, filled with
ads and pop-ups, but he downloaded 15 images quickly because they looked HD and
cool. Minutes later, Aarav’s tablet froze. A big flashing message appeared: “Warning!
Your device is infected! Click here to clean your tablet.” Scared, Aarav clicked the link.
Another app started downloading automatically. He did not know he had just installed
software that would harm his computer.

Meanwhile, Meera received a WhatsApp message from an unknown number saying:

“Congratulations! Your team has won the Young Tech Talent Award 2025! Click this
link to claim your gift vouchers.” The logo in the message looked real, so Meera clicked
it. A page opened asking for her email password to verify identity. She typed it in.
Within seconds, her email logged out automatically.
To add music to the video, Rishi wanted a free music mixer app. He found one outside
the Play Store because the official ones were too big. The moment he installed it, the
                  app asked for:

                       Camera Microphone

                       Contacts Location
                       Storage

Rishi pressed Allow for everything. The next evening, several classmates received spam
messages from his phone saying: “Try the new MusicPro App – tap here!” Rishi did not
realise the app had taken his contacts and was sending messages automatically.
