With  technology  being  part  of almost  everything,  from
                 schoolwork to  social  media,  it’s  important  to  manage
                 screen time  and ensure it  doesn’t  negatively  impact
                 health. Digital well-being involves setting  limits, taking
                 breaks and ensuring that online habits remain positive

                 and healthy.  By  practising  healthy tech habits,  the
                 benefits of technology can be enjoyed while maintaining
                 a balanced lifestyle.

                 Importance of Digital Well-Being

                 Digital well-being is important because it helps us stay healthy while using technology. It allows
                 us to balance screen time with other activities, like exercise and spending time with family and
                 friends. By managing our tech use, we can protect our mental health, avoid stress and anxiety
                 and reduce the risk of eye strain or poor posture. It also helps us be more productive, set healthy
                 boundaries in our relationships and use technology responsibly. In short, balancing technology
                 ensures that it enhances our lives without taking over.

                                     online world, a threat refers to any danger that can harm your personal
                                          information, safety or even your mental health while using the
                                                              Internet or social media.”

                 The Internet offers  valuable opportunities  for  learning, entertainment  and staying  connected,

                 but it also presents risks that can impact our well-being. It’s important to stay mindful of these
                 dangers and take steps to protect yourself while online.
