                  Create your own digital wellness wheel by drawing a circular diagram on an A3 sheet and divide it into the
                  following eight sections:
                       Productivity                                          Physical Health
                       Mental Health                                         Relationships
                       Digital Citizenship                                   Sleep
                       Screen Time Management                                Safety and Privacy
                  Now, rate yourself on a scale of 1-5 for each area (1 = Not balanced, 5 = Very balanced) and colour each
                  section according to your rating. Observe the wheel and reflect on the area where you feel you could
                  improve and write down one specific action you will take to make that improvement.

                  Self-image and self-esteem are vital components of overall well-being and in the digital age, they
                  are greatly influenced by how one interacts with technology. Digital well-being extends beyond
                  managing screen time or privacy settings. It involves understanding how technology can impact
                  mental and emotional health, particularly regarding how individuals perceive themselves and
                  their sense of self-worth.
