Try the 20-20-20 rule! Every 20 minutes, take a 20-second break and look at something
20 feet away. It’s like giving your eyes a mini vacation and helps keep them fresh and focused.

In your notebook, create a table to track your screen time for each day of the week. Record the activity
name, device used, number of hours and whether the activity was Active (learning, productive) or Passive
(entertainment, leisure). After completing the table, reflect on your screen time and answer the following
                  questions.

                                                                Monday
Count Activity Device Number of Hours Active/Passive

                          1.

                         2.

                         3.

                         4.

                         5.

                         6.

                         7.

Did you spend more time on Active or Passive activities this week?
Was your screen time focused on learning and creativity or on entertainment and relaxation?

For example, reduce passive screen time by 1 hour or increase productive screen time by 30 minutes.
