Digital well-being is about maintaining a healthy relationship with technology that supports
                            physical, mental and emotional health.

Avoid screens at least an hour before bedtime to improve sleep quality and ensure a restful
                            night.

Be cautious when sharing personal details online. Use privacy settings and never share sensitive
                            information with strangers.

                            success and respect.

Screen time is often divided into two categories: active and passive.

Active screen time involves using technology in a productive, engaging or interactive way.
Passive screen time refers to activities that do not require much mental or physical engagement.
