Fear and paranoia: Constant bullying can make the victim feel like they are always being
watched or judged, leading to heightened anxiety and paranoia.
Long-term consequences: The effects of cyberbullying can last well beyond the bullying
itself. Victims may carry the emotional scars for years, affecting their confidence and future
relationships.
Cyberbullying is not just harmful in the moment; its impact can be far-reaching, affecting a
person’s emotional and mental well-being long after the bullying stops.

misusing your content. Regularly review your friend/follower list and remove unknown or
suspicious people.
