Social isolation: Being bullied online can lead to the victim withdrawing from social situations,
both online and offline, out of fear or embarrassment.

Difficulty concentrating: The stress caused by cyberbullying can make it difficult for the victim
to focus on schoolwork, hobbies or other activities.

Fear and paranoia: Constant bullying can make the victim feel like they are always being
watched or judged, leading to heightened anxiety and paranoia.

Long-term consequences: The effects of cyberbullying can last well beyond the bullying
itself. Victims may carry the emotional scars for years, affecting their confidence and future
                    relationships.
Cyberbullying is not just harmful in the moment; its impact can be far-reaching, affecting a

person’s emotional and mental well-being long after the bullying stops.
