Intellectual property rights: The pictures, songs, movies, and articles you see online belong
to someone. Don’t copy, share, or use them without permission or giving credit to the original
creator. Respecting the work of others and following the rules about ownership is important.

Verifying information: In today’s world of fake news, it’s your ethical duty to verify if
information is true before sharing it. Spreading false information, even accidentally, can cause
                     misunderstandings or harm to others.

Downloading a movie from a pirated site may not immediately land you in jail, but it’s unethical
because it disrespects the hard work of creators. By understanding cyber laws and practising
cyber ethics, you help build a safer, more respectful, and trustworthy Internet for everyone.

“Laws tell you what you must do, but ethics tell you what you should do.”
