11:00 AM: Online Class Adventure
During his online class, Arjun’s friend Rohan sends him a link to a free
game promising 1000 coins. The link looks strange, filled with random
characters and numbers. Arjun thinks:
This doesn't look like a trusted website.
He does not click on it and warns Rohan that such links can install malware,
steal personal data, or hack accounts.
Lesson 2: Be careful of suspicious links and downloads!
4:00 PM: Gaming Time!
Arjun is playing his favourite online game with his
friends. A new player joins and starts asking for
personal information like his full name, school name,
and home location. Arjun recalls the cyber safety rule:
"Never share personal information with strangers
online."
He refuses to share anything and reports the unknown
player to the game moderator/reporting system.
Lesson 3: Don't share personal details with strangers online!
8:00 PM: The Social Media Story
Arjun’s elder sister, Gaurvi, is creating a new social
media profile. Before posting her first picture, Arjun
reminds her to turn on:
Privacy settings
Profile visibility: Private
Only friends can see posts
Two-factor authentication (2FA) for extra security
This ensures that only people she knows and trusts can
see her posts and pictures.
Lesson 4: Set privacy settings to private on all social media apps!
