                                                                computers, networks, and data from attacks, helping

                      Online contracts and e-Commerce: With businesses
                     increasingly operating online, Cyber law ensures that
                     online contracts, such as those  made  when  buying
                     something from an e-commerce platform, are legally
                     valid. It protects both customers and businesses from
                     scams and dishonest practices.















                                                                  Digital signatures and online transactions: Digital

                                                                signatures are used to verify a person’s identity during
                                                                online transactions.  Cyber  law recognises  digital
                                                                signatures  as  legally  valid,  helping  secure  online
                                                                purchases, financial transactions, and agreements.
                                                                This ensures that online activities remain trustworthy
                                                                and safe.
