To deliver a strong user experience, designers focus on three core aspects:
Usability: Ensuring users can easily complete tasks, whether it’s purchasing
a product on Amazon or switching between services on Tata Neu.
Accessibility: Making sure all users, including those with disabilities,
can navigate and interact with the app comfortably.
Pleasure: Creating a satisfying and functional experience
that keeps users coming back.
Interaction Design
Interaction Design (IxD) deals with establishing a communication channel between the user and the product,
service, or system. Form, function, and technology are all combined to create experiences that are both
useful and emotionally compelling. For example, a smooth and delightful user experience is produced, when
users engage with different visual, aural, and tactile aspects while using a social networking app.
