To deliver a strong user experience, designers focus on three core aspects:

Usability: Ensuring users can easily complete tasks, whether it’s purchasing
a product on Amazon or switching between services on Tata Neu.

Accessibility: Making sure all users, including those with disabilities,
can navigate and interact with the app comfortably.

Pleasure: Creating a satisfying and functional experience
                                                          that keeps users coming back.

                 Interaction Design
Interaction Design (IxD) deals with establishing a communication channel between the user and the product,
service, or system. Form, function, and technology are all combined to create experiences that are both
useful and emotionally compelling. For example, a smooth and delightful user experience is produced, when
users engage with different visual, aural, and tactile aspects while using a social networking app.
                 Key Concepts of Interaction Design

                       User-Centric Approach Interactivity Seamless Communication

Ensure that designs are simple Including interactive and Designing systems that give
and meet user demands. responsive features like touch, meaningful feedback for user
                                                    gestures, and visual cues. actions.

Let us see a few real-life examples of Interaction design:

                 Social Media Applications
                 l WhatsApp:
™ Enables communication through typing, sending stickers, and recording audio.
™ Example of interaction: Pressing the “Send” button after typing a message.

™ Allows users to edit and share experiences using gestures and interactive tools like stickers and polls.
                 Assistive Technologies

                 l Jellow:
™ An interactive app using icons and
                        images to help non-verbal individuals
                        communicate effectively.
