Open-mindedness
Open-mindedness means being open to trying new things and being open to take feedback from others. In
the process of starting and growing a business, an entrepreneur will try many different things. They will often
need to consult others, such as market experts and peers for information and ideas.

During this process, it is important to keep an open mind and to allow new thoughts and ideas come to you.
This will allow an entrepreneur to learn from failures and continue to improve the business.
