                 Interpersonal Skills
Interpersonal refers to dealing with associations/relationships. This may be between two or more people. Thus,
interpersonal skills are the abilities required to collaborate with others.

We are always conversing with and working with others in our daily lives. We are always interacting with
others, whether it is on the bus or in class while eating lunch. This also applies to entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneurs collaborate with people from all walks of life because of their talent and hard work, they
may be able to work with them. In such a circumstance, the kind of people who operate in a team may
differ. They may have different appearances, speak in different ways, and hold different beliefs. In such a
circumstance, it is critical for an entrepreneur as well as each member of the team to respect one another
                 and their differences.
As a result, if an entrepreneur wants his or her business to develop and succeed, he or she must collaborate
with a number of others. As a result, it is critical that we learn how to engage with others. Here are some ideas
on how to go about it.
                 Listening
It is critical to pay attention while someone speaks. When someone shares something, it often reflects their
thoughts or feelings. Showing genuine interest in what they say fosters trust and strengthens the relationship.

                 Body Language
When working with people, our facial expressions, gestures, and postures are crucial. While listening, if you
indicate that you are interested in talking to the person by smiling and leaning forward in the chair, the person
will feel more at ease and will likely talk more.

                 Positive Attitude
In general, having a good attitude entails being optimistic about situations, interactions, and oneself. People
with a positive mindset are optimistic and see the best in every circumstance. However, if you are having
unpleasant feelings, it is a good idea to talk about them with someone you trust and figure out why you are
feeling that way. It is critical to maintain a positive attitude when receiving and providing feedback.

                 Stress Management
The term ‘stress’ refers to a state of mental pressure or tension. When working with other people, it is common
to feel stressed. Since there are people with varying personalities working in a team, it can cause stress
for everyone. In such instances, stress management becomes critical for everyone's health and well-being.
Stress management refers to the various methods of dealing with stress in order to feel healthy, cheerful, and
                 refreshed.

People cope up with stress in a variety of ways:
                 • Taking a walk in the park
