              1.  Choose a shared space (e.g., school canteen or library).
              2.  Interview 2–3 peers and record responses for:

                  •  Said (quotes)
                  •  Did (observed actions)
                  •  Thought (what they might be thinking)
                  •  Felt (inferred emotions)

              3.  Create a 4-box Empathy Map on Canva or Google Slides.
              4.  Use icons, text boxes, and emojis to represent user emotions and actions.
              5.  Submit digitally or present to the class.

              Affinity Mapping with Google Jamboard / Canva.                                     Skills
              1.  Based on your empathy interviews, write each user insight on a digital sticky note.
              2.  Open a Jamboard or a digital whiteboard.
              3.  Group similar feedback into themes (e.g., “Too noisy”, “Long queues”).

              4.  Label each cluster with a title that represents the common problem.
              5.  Take a screenshot of your affinity map and share it with your team or teacher.

              1.  Choose one core social attribute (e.g., co-operative, collaborative).
              2.  Select a school space to redesign (e.g., reading corner, water station).

              3.  Create a digital prototype or floor plan showing your improved design.
                  •  Use images, labels, and arrows to show features like seating areas, signage, donation boxes, etc.
              4.  Add a small caption explaining how your design builds empathy and supports the chosen social attribute.
