                 Being Result-Oriented
Result orientation refers to a person’s capacity to recognise what outcomes are essential and what activities
must be done to obtain them. It involves concentrating on the outcome of an activity. When you know what
you want to achieve, you can concentrate on the steps necessary to get there. As a result, result orientation
refers to an individual or organisation that focuses on the end result rather than the method employed to
create a product or provide a service. An ideal employee is proactive and result-oriented. The individual
must constantly take appropriate actions to reach the goals or targets that have been established.
