ICT, or information and communication technology, has become an essential component of our daily lives.
To access, manage, integrate, analyse, create, and communicate, one must gain the ability to use digital
technologies and communication tools. In this unit, we will learn how to use spreadsheets. Next, we will learn
how to perform basic operations in a spreadsheet and save a spreadsheet. Then, we will learn about data
manipulation and some advanced features in spreadsheet. Further, we will learn about presentation software
and its advantages. At the end of the unit, we will learn how to perform different operations in a presentation
software and how to save a presentation.

                 Introducing Spreadsheet
A spreadsheet is a type of electronic document with rows and columns. It is used to store data and perform
                 calculations in a systematic manner.
