Menu Bar
                 It lies below the title bar in the active window screen. It contains different menus which have many options
                 to perform various operations.  Each menu item has a submenu called pull-down menu. The various menus
                 are as follows:




                    •  File: This menu contains commands like Open, Save, Wizards, Export as PDF, Print, Digital Signatures and so
                   on. These commands when selected, are applied to the entire document.
                    •  Edit: This menu contains editing commands like Undo, Cut, Copy, Paste, Select, Find and Replace and so
                   on.
                    •  View: This menu contains commands like Toolbars, Freeze Rows and Columns, Full Screen, Zoom and so on.
                   These commands are used for modifying the user interface.
                    •  Insert: This menu contains commands like Image, Media, Chart, OLE Object, Shape, Date, Time, Headers
                   and Footers, and so on. These commands are used for inserting elements into a spreadsheet.
                    •  Format: This menu contains commands like Cells, Rows, Columns, Page Style, Align Text and so on. These
                   commands are used for modifying the layout of spreadsheet.
                    •  Styles: This menu contains commands like new style from Selection, Update Selected Style, Manage Styles
                   and so on. These commands are used for managing styles.
                    •  Sheet: This menu contains commands like Insert Cells, Insert Rows, Insert Columns, Delete Cells, Rename
                   Sheet, Move or Copy Sheet and so on.
                    •  Data: This menu contains commands like Sort, Define Range, Subtotals, Consolidate, Group and Outline
                   and so on. These commands are used for manipulating data.
                    •  Tools: This menu contains commands like Spelling, Goal Seek, Solver, Protect Sheet, Macros and so on.
                   These commands are used to check and customise spreadsheet.
                    •  Window: This menu contains commands like New Window, Close Window and so on. These commands are
                   used to display window.

                    •  Help:  This  menu  contains  commands  like  LibreOffice  Help,  User  Guide,  Get  Help  Online,  Check  For
                   Update and so on. These commands contains links to the help system included in the software and other
                   miscellaneous functions.

                 Toolbars
                 By default LibreOffice Calc opens with the Standard and Formatting toolbars at the top of the workspace.
                 These toolbars offer a wide range of common commands and functions. Hovering the mouse cursor over any
                 icon displays a tooltip, which provides a brief explanation of the icon’s function.

                 Formula Bar
                 Formula bar lies below the formatting toolbar. Formula that performs different calculations in cells is entered
                 and displayed here. It is denoted by ‘fx’.

                             Name Box  Select Function       Input Line
                 It is used for  entering and editing the formula in the cell. Formula bar consists of:
                    • Name Box: It displays the cell reference, for example A1 or D10.
                    • Functions Wizard: It consists of a list of available functions that we can search.
                    •  Select Function: Click  the Select Function    drop-down list in the Formula bar opens a list of functions.
                   You can quickly select common functions like Sum, Average, Min, Max and so on. After choosing a function,
