Selecting Adjacent Cells
                 To select a range of cells, click on the first cell, then hold down the mouse button and drag it until all the cells
                 you want are selected. The mouse button should now be released.























                 Selecting Non-Adjacent Cells
                 To  select  non-adjacent  cells  in  Calc,  click  on  the  first  cell  while  holding  down  the  Ctrl  key  and  click  on
                 additional cells you want to select and then release the Ctrl key once all desired cells are selected, as shown
                 in the figure.
























                 Saving a Spreadsheet

                 If a spreadsheet is saved for the first time, it must be assigned with a new file name. To save a spreadsheet,
                 follow the given steps:
                  Step 1    Click on the File menu from Menu bar.

                  Step 2    Select the Save As option from the drop-down menu.

                            OR
                            Click on the Save button on the Standard toolbar.
                            The Save As dialog box appears on the screen.
                  Step 3    Select the folder where the spreadsheet has to be saved.
                  Step 4    Type in the desired name for your file in the File name field.
