Filtering Data
Suppose you want to check data of those students who belong to the section B, then we can apply a filter—
another feature in Calc. This can be done by performing the following steps:
Step 1 Select the data.
Step 2 Click on Data Autofilter. A drop-down icon will appear next to each column header.
OR
Click on the AutoFilter option on the standard toolbar.
By default, all values are selected. Click on the
Step 3 Section drop-down and select the appropriate
category from the drop-down list.
The values will be filtered out for section B only.
Adding a Password to the Spreadsheet
There are several ways to protect your spreadsheet from unauthorised access. One way is to add a password
