Method 1
Step 1 Click on Tools Protect Spreadsheet Structure.
Step 2 Enter the password, confirm password.
Step 3 Click on the OK.
The password will be applied to the spreadsheet.
Method 2
Click on File Save As. In the Save As Dialog box, tick the Save with password option.
In both cases, you will be asked to add a password and also confirm the password.
