Press and hold the left mouse button and drag
Step 3 the mouse to draw a shape with the desired size
and release the mouse button.
OR

Click on the slide to draw a line with the default size.
The shape will be drawn on the slide.
Inserting Image from the File
The steps to insert image from the file are as follows:

Step 1 Select the slide in which the image needs to be inserted.
Step 2 Click on the Insert menu from the Menu bar.
Step 3 Select the Image option from the drop-down menu.

OR
Click on the Insert Image button in the Standard toolbar.
The Insert Image dialog box appears.
Step 3 Navigate the location where the image is stored.

Select the desired image that you want to insert.
Step 4
In our case, we have selected Computer 1.
Step 5 Click the Open button.

The image is inserted on the slide.
