Inserting Image from the Gallery
In LibreOffice Impress, the Gallery is a feature that provides a collection of pre-downloaded or pre-designed
images that can be used in a presentation. These images are organised into various themes and categories,
making it easy to find and insert the desired content into your slides.
The steps to insert image from the Gallery are as follows:
Step 1 Select the slide on which the image is to be inserted.
Step 2 Click on the Insert menu from the Menu bar. A drop-down menu appears.
Step 3 Select Media → Gallery from the drop-down menu.
OR
Click the Gallery button in the Sidebar.
OR
Press the Alt + 3 shortcut key from the keyboard.
The Gallery deck displays the available themes with images.
Step 4 Select a theme in the Gallery deck. In our case, we have selected the Network theme.
Step 5 Right-click on the image that you want to insert and select the Insert option from the content menu.
OR
Select the desired image and drag-and–drop it onto the workspace.
