                     Take  a  hanger,  two  plastic  or  paper  cups,  6  pieces  of  string/
                     thread of equal length.

                     Make 3 holes near the brim of each paper cup and tie one end
                     of the threads in each hole. Tie a knot by putting the other ends
                     of the threads together. The pans of the balance are ready.
                     Hang  them  on  a  hanger  as  shown  in  the  picture  and  use  the
                     balance to compare or measure the weights of smaller things.
