As explained earlier, the hour hand goes round the dial twice in one day. So it shows the
              same time twice every day.

                  • The time from 12 o’clock midnight to 11:59 in the morning is shown by the small
                   letters ‘a.m.’ (ante meridiem).

                  • The time from 12 o’clock noon to 11:59 at night is shown by the small letters ‘p.m.’

                   (post meridiem).

Clocks have a third hand too. Second

It is a very thin and long hand. It is called the second hand. 10 11 12 1 2 hand

                                                                                                   9 3
It moves faster than the minute hand. 8 4
                                                                                             Hour 7 6 5 Minute
It completes one round in 1 minute or 60 seconds. So, hand hand

                                                     1 minute = 60 seconds
