              eVeN aND oDD Numbers

              even Numbers


              All numbers that can be made into pairs are called even numbers.
              Here are 6 oranges kept in pairs.

              So, 6 is an even number.

              All numbers that have 2, 4, 6, 8, and 0 in the ones place are even numbers.

              For example: 52, 124, 520, 3008, etc.
              odd Numbers


              Numbers that cannot be made into pairs are called odd numbers.
              Here are 7 oranges; of them 6 are kept in pairs and 1 orange is left unpaired. It means 7

              cannot be made into pairs.
              So, 7 is an odd number.

              All numbers that have 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 in the ones
