Gamified Learning Holistic Skills
Objective: To understand the concept of turn through a paper windmill.
Materials required: A square piece of paper, thumb pin, a stick of length 15 cm, sticker
and a pair of scissors.
Procedure:
Take the square piece of paper and fold it diagonally along both diagonals.
Make creases along both diagonals.
Open it out and draw a small circle at the point of intersection of the diagonals.
Cut from one corner along the diagonal crease stopping before the circle.
Repeat along the other diagonal crease.
Fold four alternate corner sections down to the centre
of the paper, holding each section under your thumb at
the centre as you work.
Place a sticker at the centre of the windmill so that it
holds the four blades in position.
Take a thumb pin and push it through the centre of the sticker and fix it on
a stick firmly so that it allows the windmill to turn.

Now rotate the windmill and check if it changes shape after and turns.
