                                   Gamified Learning                                                          Holistic Skills




               Objective: To reinforce the concept of conversion of units of time.
               Materials Required:  Stopwatch and notebook

               Procedure:
                  Š Instruct the students to form pairs.

                  Š One student from each pair will perform an activity while the
                   other  student  will  note  down  the  time  spent  in  doing  the
                   activity in seconds.
                  Š It is preferable that the activities are performed in the open/
                   on a field.
                  Š The  activities  may  be:  to  hop  on  one  leg  12  times,  hold  any
                   yoga  pose  like  Natrajasana,  Trikonasana,  Vrikshasana,  etc.
                   without  losing  balance,  skip  20  times,  perform  10  push-ups/
                   squats etc.
                  Š Both  the  students  will  alternately  do  the  activity  and  record
                   the time taken.

                  Š Now convert the recorded time (in seconds) into minutes or minutes and seconds.
                  Š Perform the activity with other pairs of students till the time permits.
