Learning by Doing
Objective: To revise the concept of addition in a play way method.
Materials Required: Game board, a pair of dice and two colour
pencils/crayons
Procedure:
Play the game with your friend.
Roll a pair of dice and add up the numbers that
appear.
Colour a box with the same number as you sum
up the dots on the dice.
Take turns with your friend and roll again.
One can lose the turn if a number is already coloured on the game board.
After colouring all the boxes, count the number of boxes you have coloured.
The player with more coloured boxes will be the winner.
