Objective: To boost the understanding of subtraction of 2-digit numbers

              with regrouping.

Materials required: Two dice, pen/pencil, eraser and notebook.

              Procedure:

Š Divide the class into pairs.

number of dots (consider as digits)
                      face up.

                     Š He/she will form the greatest 2-digit

number from those digits and write it in the first box.
Š He/she will form the smallest 2-digit number from those digits and write it in

                      the second box.

Š Then, he/she will subtract the numbers and write the answer in the last box.

Š Verify the answer calculated by your partner. If the answer is correct, the player
wins 1 point. If the answer is incorrect, the player loses the point.

Š The player that gets more points is the winner.
