              PROPERTIES OF DIVISION

Division of a number by itself

Put 3 bindis on 3 strips. Put 5 bindis on 5 strips.

                                3 ÷ 3 = 1 5 ÷ 5 = 1

Any number except 0 when divided by itself gives the quotient as 1.
