                3. A polygon has 6 equal sides. Each side of it is 4 cm in length. Find its perimeter.

                4. The perimeter of a triangle whose two of its sides are of equal length which is
15 cm and the length of third side is 18.
                5. Find the perimeter of a rectangle whose length is 48 cm and breadth is 32 cm.

                6. Find the perimeter of a square whose side is 7 cm.

              area

Riya and Siya are participating in a drawing competition. Both have a drawing sheet
and also both of them want to check that whose sheet has more coverage area for
              drawing.

                               Sheet 1 Sheet 2

To know which sheet has more coverage area they put square grid to measure the
surfaces of the sheets as shown below.

                                                                               1 sq. 1 sq. 1 sq. 1 sq.
                                                                               unit unit unit unit
                                  1 sq. 1 sq. 1 sq. 1 sq. 1 sq. 1 sq. 1 sq. 1 sq. 1 sq. 1 sq. 1 sq.

unit unit unit unit unit unit unit unit unit unit unit
                                  1 sq. 1 sq. 1 sq. 1 sq. 1 sq. 1 sq. 1 sq. 1 sq. 1 sq. 1 sq. 1 sq.
unit unit unit unit unit unit unit unit unit unit unit
                                             28 square units 1 sq. 1 sq. 1 sq. 1 sq.
                                                                               unit unit unit unit
                                                                                  24 square units
Clearly, sheet 1 has enclosed by 28 unit squares and sheet 2 has enclosed 24 unit
              squares.

Since, sheet 1 has enclosed by more unit squares than sheet 2, so, sheet 1 has larger
surface than sheet 2 for drawing.

Thus, we can say that sheet 1 has more area then sheet 2.
