Solution:

(a) The predecessor of 3463688 = 3463688 – 1 = 3463687

The successor of 3463688 = 3463688 + 1 = 3463689

(b) The predecessor of 93643085 = 93643085 – 1 = 93643084
The successor of 93643085 = 93643085 + 1 = 93643086
